In Invasion of the Box People, it all comes down to a simple concept: Destroythem before they can kill you. In addition to shooting the invaders dead, you can knock them into each other – creating a powerful-yet-comedic “domino effect.” When all else fails, grab upgrades to boost your firepower!

Developed by Angry Giant Games, Invasion of the Box People is deceptively simple, lightning fast – and it doesn’t hold your hand. One hit, and you’re dead – though if you have skill, you’ll quickly slip into “the zone” ... ducking and weaving through alien hordes without a second thought. There are three different game modes to choose from – each with their own rules: Bunker Defense, Protect Yourself, and PANIC! There’s room for different playstyles: Focus on shooting, weave through enemy waves to collect upgrades – or dodge aliens dropping from the sky. With some brutal difficulty levels and an upbeat soundtrack, Invasion of the Box People is a blast to play.

“I’m not a big fan of games that take too long to get into,” says Blake Petersen, founder of Angry Giant Games. “I was looking for a straightforward ‘time killer’ – but couldn’t find exactly what I wanted on Steam, Google Play, and the App Store. So I decided to create my own game. Hopefully Invasion of the Box Peoplewill scratch that same itch for players all over the world!”

It was a time of war. As the First Wave settled, it became apparent that the aliens would invade Earth for one thing … and one thing only: Bundt Cake. You see, round cake is an affront to these boxy aliens – who scoured the Galaxy looking to eradicate any species with the knowledge to bake it. Earth is next in line. When diplomacy and all further attempts at peaceful negotiation fail, humanity is forced to fight back. It’s time to show the “Box People” what we are made of ...
