Taipei Game Show 2019 B2B Zone to Be Largest Ever

Taipei Game Show 2019 (TGS 2019) B2B Zone is scheduled to start on January 24. Trade visitors from China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Philippines, the UK, the US, Germany, India, and Russia have already registered. The organizer estimates that more than 3,000 trade visitors from 35 countries will arrive in Taiwan for a chance to acquire new game IPs. TGS B2B Zone “Visitor Registration” is open until January 16, 2019.

300+ Teams Showcasing in B2B Zone, Game Developers and Publishers Over 50%
B2B Zone will be relocated to TWTC Hall 3 this year, where it will assemble more than 300 international developers, publishers, payment solution and digital media companies from 25 countries, which include Whisper Games, Giant Interactive Group Inc., and Ice Games from China; Cloud Creative Studios, G-angle Co., Ltd., and Success Corporation from Japan; H2 INTERACTIVE and Gravity from Korea; XII Braves from Singapore; Cloudflare from the US; Adjust from Germany; and ironSource from Israel.

Taiwanese companies are also participating in the B2B Zone to expand their business opportunities. Most of Taiwanese well-known developers and publishers, such as WeGames, CGS, Interserv International Inc., JFI Games, Chinese Gamer Int., Butterfly Digital Entertainment, Celad Games, and Sigono, will bring rich content to the B2B Zone.

International Award-Wining Games Bring Star Power to Indie Game Festa
Indie Game Festa, one of the most important areas in B2B Zone, gathers nearly 200 indie developers from 21 countries this year, including the teams that have won international awards. The lineup features standouts like NEXT Studio from China, Unknown Worlds from the US, Appnormals Team from Spain, Metronomik from Malaysia, and Gunben3 from Taiwan. The list of games nominated for 2019 Indie Game Award, exclusively sponsored by Xsolla, has been released on the official TGS website. Final results will be revealed at Indie Game Award Ceremony on January 24.

APGS: Indie Salon Invites Developers From 7 Countries to Share Experiences
Asia Pacific Game Summit, which takes place at the same time as B2B Zone, has invited heavyweight speakers to share game development, marketing, eSports, virtual reality, and blockchain applications. And for the first time, APGS will host the Indie Salon, gathering developer teams from Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Spain, the US, Singapore, and Malaysia to share their experience and achievements.
