The event unveiled a host of exciting updates for the game, including the introduction of a new sword-wielding class, ‘Dosa’, along with the Summer Season, a new Survival Mode called ‘Aznak Arena’, and an exciting new monster zone named ‘Star’s End’, among other features.
Dosa class is set to launch on Tuesday, July 30, which will also mark the start of the new Summer Season. Dosa, the Summoner of Warriors of Fog, finally debuts in Black Desert Mobile. This highly anticipated male class wields the formidable “Hwando” sword as his primary weapon and a cloud-conjuring “Gombangdae” pipe as his sub-weapon. With his unique ability to shroud the battlefield with fog, Dosa can obscure his enemies' vision and then strike decisively with his powerful blade. His notable skills include “Blade Waltz” which features intricate sword dance moves with the Hwando held in reverse; “Winter Squall” which summons fog warriors to fire icy arrows at front-line enemies; and “Cloudspire” which creates distance and calls fog warriors to attack in his stead. The New Summer Season for Black Desert Mobile launches Tuesday, July 30, bringing a remarkable boost in character progression — about five times faster for all players. From Tuesday, July 30 through Tuesday, September 24, Mobile Adventurers can create a new season character to embark on their journey in Black Desert Mobile.
Completing the Summer Season will reward Adventurers with the 'Brilliant Chaos Unknown Glyphs', which provides higher minimum stats compared to the regular 'Chaos Unknown Glyphs'.
Additionally, exciting new login rewards await this Summer Season. By completing surprise quests every weekend, players can earn 'Shakatu's Seal'. Collecting these seals will enable players to craft high-quality Chaos Crystals and PLUS items, with a maximum duration of 28 days.
Unveiling the ‘Azunak Arena’ Survival Mode and New Monster Zones
An exciting new survival mode, known as the "Azunak Arena", was introduced for Black Desert Mobile. This new mode seamlessly combines both PvP and PvE elements. In this mode, guilds will form teams to hunt monsters, level up, and engage in competition against other teams. Up to 10 teams can participate in a series of thrilling challenges. Players have the opportunity to enhance their experience, levels, and combat power by defeating monsters or taking down members of opposing teams.
Additionally, Black Desert Mobile has introduced two new monster zones: 'Star’s End' and 'Blackstar Fallen Zone.' Located in the western part of Calpheon, these areas have recommended Combat Power of 66,000 and 68,000, respectively. Adventurers in these zones will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge and acquire essential materials for crafting Blackstar weapons. Black Desert Mobile is enhancing Blackstar weapons with new stats: the Blackstar main weapon will provide a +5% increase to all damage types, while the Blackstar sub-weapon will offer a maximum health boost of +2,000.
Merchantry Upgrade: New Zones and Level Enhancements
Black Desert Mobile has expanded the Merchantry to include the Valencia region, featuring three new areas in West Valencia and an additional town. The level cap has increased from 100 to 120, with players now earning both EXP and rewards from Family Dispatch. New higher-grade versions of the current wagons, the ‘Noble Wagon’ and ‘Peridot Forest Path Wagon,’ offer better performance and increased capacity. Along with these updates, the quantity of special trade goods available for exchange has been expanded.
Castle of Nightmares: New Guild Content
In the "Castle of Nightmares", players team up to battle formidable bosses. Co-op is key, as players must work together to defeat the final boss. Initially, players deal damage within a limited time before exiting. They can then call on four guild members for support, who must join the battle within an hour. If the fight becomes too challenging, players can request help from the entire guild. Rewards are based on the damage dealt to the boss.
